SpiStack Flash

Serial Flash memory product family consisting of a multiple SpiFlash dies which can be stacked with any combination of Serial NOR and Serial NAND dies for code and data storage.

* Status: P - mass production, S - samples, UD - under development, N - not recommended for new design.
