OctalNAND Flash

NAND type Serial Flash Memories which use an Octal Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI). At a clock frequency of 120 MHz in DTR mode, they achieve data transfer rate up to 240 MB/s.
All ICs are RoHS compliant.

* Status: P - mass production, S - samples, UD - under development, N - not recommended for new design.

** The maximum clock frequency for all instructions except for READ DATA instruction. It may also depend on the supply voltage and SPI type.
