1.2V Serial NOR Flash

Low-power 1.2 V NOR type Serial Flash Memories which use a 4-pin single, dual or quad output Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI). They are designed for mobile, wearable, IoT and other low-power applications.
All ICs are RoHS compliant.

* Status: P - mass production, S - samples, UD - under development, N - not recommended for new design.

** The maximum clock frequency for all instructions except for READ DATA instruction. It may also depend on the supply voltage and SPI type.
