MARTHEL - the Distributing and Implementing Company constitutes a material and intellectual succession of the business commenced in 1993. Since then, we have been closely engaged in spreading and implementing the ChipCorder technology - a multi-level sound recording into non-volatile quasi-analog memory cells. We have appreciated this innovatory technology of sound recording as so exceptional that it deserved our focused attention and efforts. As we have consistently pursued our interest in these goals, we became a firm which image, from the very beginning, was clearly associated with the ChipCorder technology.

In 2000, we became an authorized dealer of WINBOND ELECTRONICS CORPORATION AMERICA Company, the branch of Winbond Electronic Corporation established in 1987 in Taiwan and dealing with trading, marketing and engineering activities. The offer of WINBOND Company is a real variety of modern electronics of the 21^st century - special-purpose LSI ICs applicable in telecommunication, automation, PC computers, computer networks, telephone systems, sound systems and many other fields of electronics.

In order to provide a comprehensive services for our customers, we extend our offer to include newer and newer electronic components from other manufacturers out of various world areas. We are holding to a rule to co-operate with such manufacturers only the products of which are not competitive each other. We do not dissipate our energy to dozens of producers and such formula of our market participation ensures effective liaison with our customers.

As we have experienced engineering staff, we are able to provide a considerable technical support to our customers among which are numerous firms outside the electronic line. This support refers, to large extent, to products of WINBOND Company, and its ChipCorder technology for sound record and playback, which we are spreading out, have born fruits of a series of innovative solutions on European or even world-wide scale developed by our customers.

We also prepare engineering designs and make prototypes of devices using electronic components out of our commercial offer (mainly the WINBOND's chips) and than assist in implementing these solutions.

At present, we attend our customers in Poland and in countries of Central and Eastern Europe.
